On the ground floor, there is a very large entrance porch that constitutes the main entrance of the house. Passing the entrance corridor, we find a large living room with windows, views of the sea and an interesting decorative detail that allows us to see the rock on which the house is built. This open space has a fireplace and access to the terraces: there is access to a 10 m long pool and a barbecue area, both with beautiful sea views. Next to the living room we find a very spacious kitchen with access to the garden and access to an office / laundry room.
On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and the staircase that leads to the rooms on the upper floor.
The upper floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an exit to the garden and a terrace where the house can be expanded by adding a bathroom or room.
Every bedroom in the house have built-in wooden wardrobes and sea views. Also, the main bedroom has a large balcony.
