Fantastic semi-detached house in a very quiet area in front of the port of Playa de Aro, tastefully renovated. We enter the property through a pleasant porch ideal for spending hours chatting with friends, upon entering the house we find a hall, and a laundry room. Going up the stairs we find a beautiful living room with large windows that open onto a spacious terrace where there is a table to eat with views of the boats, a very well equipped kitchen that overlooks the port channel and is very practical as it is open to the living room.
