The house is located on the heights of Roca Grossa so it enjoys excellent sea views and a very quiet environment. It has been completely renovated. The materials are nice and of good quality.On the ground floor we enter through a modern kitchen that gives access to a spacious living / dining room. On this floor there is also a guest toilet and access to the terraces.On the upper floor there is a very large first room with windows that exit to the terrace. A corridor leads to the three other bedrooms, smaller ones, and to the two bathrooms. From the hall you can also exit to the upper terraces.There is a garage at street level and also an electric gate with access ramp to the level of the house.The house is equipped with an alarm system, air conditioning in the living room, electric heating, double glazed windows.
