This magnificent property is located 3 minutes from Sa Riera beach. With extraordinary views of the sea from almost every point of the house.The house is very bright, comfortable with a lot of charm and incredible sea views.The distribution allows two family groups to coexist in complete privacy or to be a house that receives guests and they have their private space.At the entrance, there is a private garage which communicates with the house, accessible by the garden stairs.On the ground floor we find a very large terrace, the swimming pool and the office.Currently, this studio has two bedrooms (not to be joined on the mezzanine) and a bathroom.
