This magnificent property is located 3 minutes from Sa Riera beach. With extraordinary views of the sea from almost every point of the house.The house is very bright, comfortable with a lot of charm and incredible sea views.The distribution allows two family groups to coexist in complete privacy or to be a house that receives guests and they have their private space.At the entrance, there is a private garage which communicates with the house, accessible by the garden stairs.On the ground floor we find a very large terrace, the swimming pool and the office.Currently, this studio has two bedrooms (not to be joined on the mezzanine) and a bathroom. Previously there was also combined kitchenette and although now this is not the case if we have the pipes.The rest of the house is on the first and second floor.At the first stage, the living room and the kitchen-dining room (with air conditioning) and access to another large terrace.
