The house enjoys stunning views, both the sea and the mountain that surrounds it. It is located in a very quiet area between Arenys de munt and Sant Vicenç de Montalt. It has 3 floors, in the lower is the parking rooms of storage rooms etc, plus terraces and garden. On the main floor we have the living room from which we access the terrace with better views of the house on the same floor there are 2 bathrooms and 4 rooms of which one is en suite with dressing room and bathroom. On the upper floor there is a loft that can be used as an office, games room or even to make another room.
