Fantastic semi-detached house in a very quiet area in front of the port of Playa de Aro, tastefully renovated. We enter the property through a pleasant porch ideal for spending hours chatting with friends, upon entering the house we find a hall, and a laundry room. Going up the stairs we find a beautiful living room with large windows that open onto a spacious terrace where there is a table to eat with views of the boats, a very well equipped kitchen that overlooks the port channel and is very practical as it is open to the living room. On the same floor we find 1 bedroom and a completely renovated bathroom. On the upper floor we find a suite on the right and on the left 2 double rooms with a bathroom. Note that behind the house there is a crane that allows jet skis to be lowered into the canal. You can also enjoy the pool that this community has. The port is an area that is guarded 24 hours a day, so it is very safe.

Situated to the north of the Catalan capital of Barcelona, Playa de Aro is a coastal town which has about 10,000 inhabitants throughout the year. It is a good size of settlement for both holidaymakers and people looking for a permanent place to reside. The town is split into two sections, that which overlooks the sea and that which is situated a little inland from the rest. There are numerous small beaches that are accessible from the part of the town that was originally a fishing port. The older part was constructed around a castle and a fortified church, known locally as the Castell d'Aro.
The municipality of Play de Aro lies on the Costa Brava, facing the Mediterranean Sea, about half an hour from the popular, bustling resort of Lloret de Mar. It is an hour and a half from Barcelona's busy airport and a similar distance from the French city of Perpignan across the Pyrenees. It only takes around 80 minutes by car to reach Barcelona's city centre with its many bars, shops and restaurants, so the location is ideally suited to people seeking a relaxed way of life with good, local shops but where you are never too far away from the action.
