The house is oriented to the south / south-east and because our garden is open without high trees you can enjoy the sun throughout the whole day. The garden around the pool has a lot of privacy and around the house there are several fruit trees such as almond, cherry, kaki, fig, apricot and plum. The pool has dimensions of 8 by 4 meters, with a shallow part of approximately one meter, to a deep end of 2,5 meters. The long entrance with automatic entrance doors leads to the large interior garage where a maximum of 2 cars can be parked. Inside, the heating with oil tank is located next to a large storage space. The house is equipped with an alarm-system. Through an external staircase you reach the entrance of the house. This begins with a hall, followed by a corridor that takes you to 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom (bathtub, toilet and bidet), and the master bedroom with a full private bathroom. All rooms have fitted wardrobes. 2 bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the garden. Through the hall you can go to the kitchen that has all the appliances (gas cooker) and a storage room, which facilitates access to the back of the house.
