This magnificent property, completely renovated with high quality materials, is located in Castell d"Aro, in a peaceful and very quiet area, just 10 minutes from the beach by car.Entering the house through a pivot door, we step into a large hall with waterproof parquet flooring. On the left we have a large living and dining room with a modern gas fireplace, with arched windows from which we can enjoy garden views (the pretty olive trees included).The kitchen which is separated from the living room by sliding glass doors. All the built-in appliances are of the brand Miele. There is a lot of furniture for storage, pressure drawers and by knocking the dishwasher opens - magical!From the kitchen we access a housekeeper"s bedroom with a full bathroom. From the entrance, on the right, we have a master suite overlooking the pool with a dressing room, a large mirror, fitted wardrobes, compartmentalized and bright, a large bathroom with double sinks, hanging toilets, a shower chronotherapy with cascade. We have two other bedrooms with pool view, with light fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom for both. On the upper floor we have two double bedrooms with luminous fitted wardrobes, one of them having its full bathroom in the bedroom. There is also an office of 30m2 overlooking the gym. The house also has a wine cellar where the temperature is very low, a large gym with access to the magnificent swimming pool with two waterfalls, counter-current and jacuzzi. Situated to the north of the Catalan capital of Barcelona, Playa de Aro is a coastal town which has about 10,000 inhabitants throughout the year. It is a good size of settlement for both holidaymakers and people looking for a permanent place to reside. The town is split into two sections, that which overlooks the sea and that which is situated a little inland from the rest. There are numerous small beaches that are accessible from the part of the town that was originally a fishing port. The older part was constructed around a castle and a fortified church, known locally as the Castell d'Aro.
The municipality of Play de Aro lies on the Costa Brava, facing the Mediterranean Sea, about half an hour from the popular, bustling resort of Lloret de Mar. It is an hour and a half from Barcelona's busy airport and a similar distance from the French city of Perpignan across the Pyrenees. It only takes around 80 minutes by car to reach Barcelona's city centre with its many bars, shops and restaurants, so the location is ideally suited to people seeking a relaxed way of life with good, local shops but where you are never too far away from the action.
