The villa enjoys a splendid natural setting. Located at the top of a hill, it offers magnificent views of the sea and the pine forests. It enjoys a green and quiet environment while being close to the city center.
The villa was built in 2009 with high quality materials such as marble floors or aluminum windows.
On the ground floor a large living space welcomes us with its beautiful sea views. Composed of an open kitchen with central island, a dining area and a cozy seating area around a beautiful fireplace.
