Beautiful 149 m2 apartment with high ceilings located in a modernist building built in 1920. The apartment is located near the metro station, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and Plaza España. Building has an elevator, on each floor there are only two floors. One part of the apartment faces the courtyard of the block, while the other faces the street.
