The villa has three levels. At the entrance we enter the lobby with double light, from where we can go to the spacious living room with fireplace. The living room has access to two terraces: one with sea views and the second with views of the rear of the garden, where there is a barbecue area. From the living room or living room you can access the large kitchen. The kitchen also has access to the terrace and the barbecue and pool area. On the same level there is a bedroom en suite, guest bathroom and laundry.
On the second floor there are rooms: master suite with a large private terrace and sea views, a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. The house and the plot are in excellent condition, all the space is organized with comfort and functionality. The villa is located in the best urbanization of Teia, there is security, a tennis club. The city center is 3 minutes away by car, within walking distance.
The Costa Maresme is the region of Spain's northeastern coast that runs from Barcelona to the start of the Costa Brava. It is roughly 30 miles long. A rail service connects the towns along the coast. There are plenty of safe, family friendly beaches for swimming and sunbathing, as well as reasonably priced restaurants serving seafood and local cuisine.
The furthest point of the Costa Maresme is approximately 13 miles from the centre of Barcelona, and 15 miles from Barcelona Airport. Both can be reached in a little over an hour's drive. However, the Costa Maresme region begins just beyond the city boundaries, putting coastal towns like Caldes d’Estrac and Sant Pol de Mar in easy reach.
Conveniently close to the capital city, the Costa Maresme remains considerably cheaper than Barcelona, offering larger properties for less money. The area is likely to increase in popularity with buyers of holiday homes, as well as for those seeking a permanent base in Spain, over the next few years.
Although popular with locals, the Costa Maresme remains relatively unknown among tourists from abroad. This makes it a great place to find quiet seaside towns and unspoiled, sandy beaches with plenty of space.
